01
Thorough Inspection
We offer a complimentary, comprehensive inspection of your roof and associated components, such as fascia, soffit, windows, and fencing. Our Project Managers will take photographs to provide to you and your insurance company, if necessary.
02
Insurance Information
This is what sets us apart from other roofing companies: with just a few details from our customers, we can file the roof damage insurance claim and provide the right answers to all their questions. This is essential!
03
Adjuster Meeting
This is the most important step in the claims process. We are present at the insurance adjuster’s meeting to advocate for you, and if the work is not approved, there will be no claim.
04
Explain Settlement & Insure Quality
When our homeowners receive the adjuster's breakdown, we explain the purpose of each line item while also ensuring that the insurance company is properly paying out for the work to be completed with high-quality materials. We strive to ensure that our homeowners are fully informed and satisfied with the results of their claim.
05
We Take Care of the Rest
Once the roof is finished, we will submit all necessary documentation to your insurance company to prove that all work has been completed, thus enabling them to close the claim and release any remaining funds.
How it works
How it works
After you have gathered all the required information and gotten your claim filed, an insurance adjuster will complete an inspection of your roof as well. Insurance companies are billion dollar companies because they pay out less than what they receive in payments from their insureds. It is our job to help mitigate the process and aid the adjuster in coming to the same conclusion and paying the full amount for a valid claim. We will never suggest filing a claim unless we feel the homeowner has a 75-100% chance of a full roof replacement.
